WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP?
Every package is made to order and we pack every order by hand, it typically takes us 2 - 4 business days to ship. Every order is inspected by our quality control team, prior to shipping, to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. We ship with FedEx through Shopify to offer the best rate possible no matter the destination.
Due to COVID-19, the post offices have been experiencing delays on standard shipping timelines due to an increased demand of our shipping partners' resources. We thank you for your patience. Our expedited shipments are still shipping as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
DOES TREE IN A TOTE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, depending on your final destination the cost of postage will be determined.
Domestic Shipping: We offer a variety of shipping options through FedEx. Couriers do not guarantee delivery times for this option. In many cases, products will arrive within 2-3 days. However, it can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on delivery location.
Curb-Side Pickup: We offer curb-side pickup from our warehouse, only Monday - Friday. Once you have placed your order, you will receive the necessary information.
International Shipping: International shipping is available for many countries. The shipping rate is calculated based on the final destination and all applicable freight & duty charges are determined by FedEx. Tree in a Tote does not ship to

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST
We offer a variety of products with different weights, dimensions and destinations, and as such cannot offer a set shipping rate. To get a shipping quote on a product or order simply add it to your cart and proceed to the shipping section of checkout. There you will find multiple shipping quotes for the products or packages you're interested in.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 60 minutes of placing an order. After this window of timing, the order will be forwarded to the warehouse for processing and shipping and can no longer be altered.
You may still return or exchange your merchandise in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy. Refusal of any merchandise at time of delivery will result in a $75 per boxing service fee plus the cost of shipping to return.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?
Tree in a Tote will follow up with your purchase from beginning to end.
- Order Received - We have received your order and are sending it to the warehouse for fulfillment.
- Shipped - Your order has shipped and you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s).
- Returned - Your entire order has been returned.
- Canceled - Your full order has been canceled.
- Reviewing Quote Installation - We have received your quote for installation and are reviewing it at this time, we will get back to you with 24 hours.
