WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP?

Every package is made to order, and we pack every order by hand. It typically takes 2 - 4 business days to ship. Prior to shipping, every order is inspected by our quality control team to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. We ship with FedEx through a bulk business shipping rate system and can offer the best rate possible, no matter the destination.

COVID-19 Alert! Due to COVID-19, there have been delays on standard shipping timelines due to an increased demand on our shipping partners' resources. We thank you for your patience. Our expedited shipments are still shipping as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience. We also note that with this possibly being the first Christmas celebration in a two-year pending Covid medical directive, we suggest you plan your Christmas decoration and order early. We expect 2021 to be a banner year for celebrations.

DOES TREE IN A TOTE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, depending on your destination the cost of postage will be determined. 

Domestic Shipping: We offer a variety of shipping options through FedEx. Couriers do not guarantee delivery times for this option. In many cases, products will arrive within 2-3 days. It can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on the delivery location. 

Curb-Side Pickup: We offer curb-side pickup from our showroom in Markham, Ontario. Monday - Friday. Once you have placed your order, you will receive the necessary information. 

International Shipping: International shipping is available for many countries. The shipping rate is calculated based on the destination and all applicable freight and duty charges are determined by FedEx.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

We offer a variety of products with different weights and dimensions, so we cannot offer a set shipping rate. To obtain a shipping quote, simply add products to your cart and proceed to the shipping section of checkout.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 60 minutes of placing an order. After this window of timing, the order will be forwarded to the warehouse for processing and shipping, so it can no longer be altered. 

You may still return or exchange your merchandise in accordance with our Returns and Exchange Policy. Refusal of any merchandise at time of delivery will result in a $75 per boxing service fee plus the cost of shipping to return.

Please note cancellation requests can only be made through email. 

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?

Tree In A Tote will follow up with your purchase from beginning to end. 

  • Order Received- We have received your order and are sending it to the warehouse for fulfillment.
  • Shipped- Your order has shipped, and you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s).
  • Returned- Your entire order has been returned.
  • Cancelled- Your full order has been cancelled.
  • Reviewing Quote Installation - We have received your quote for installation and are reviewing it at this time. We will get back to you with 24 hours.
